The villa is located in the western part of the charming little village of Vinjerac, which has fewer than 100 permanent residents. A stay in Vinjerac promises a high-quality and relaxing experience in a Mediterranean setting, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. At the same time, the highway is only 10 km away, and Zadar Airport is conveniently accessible in just half an hour by car.

The villa is oriented along its longitudinal axis from east to west, offering a magnificent view of colorful sunrises and endless sunsets all year round. A small hill behind the villa provides protection from the unpleasant southerly winds, while the unobstructed view to the north and toward Paklenica National Park is breathtaking. In the spring, north winds known as the Bura may blow, but thanks to the high-quality construction and carefully selected materials, the only effect of the Bura is purified air, which ensures the natural conditions of a climate spa.

Although the sea is only 250 meters away, the spacious swimming pool, with its unparalleled view, offers the perfect setting for refreshment in the summer and relaxation in the winter after a sauna session. The 8 x 6-meter pool features a counter-current system and hydromassage functions that offer additional luxury. The pool’s machinery room is fully automated. The entire area surrounding the house, including the pool area, is finished with high-quality, non-slip ceramic tiles in colors that harmonize with the natural stone walls. An outdoor solar shower and restrooms are also available, as well as pre-installation for hammocks. The pool can be heated or cooled by an independent heat pump.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a combined Finnish and infrared sauna, as well as a spacious living area with a TV, refrigerator, and shower. The sauna can accommodate up to 8 adults at a time. In the sauna’s entrance area, there is a closet stocked with bathrobes, towels, and lounge chairs - an ideal addition to a stay at the villa during the early spring, late fall, and winter months. After using the sauna, the outdoor pool is highly recommended for a refreshing cool-down.
